2021 Annual Report

In 2021 ALPS Resilience deepened its presence in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique, despite the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on humanitarian operations and needs. The year's work centred on the Rapid District Resilience Plan (RDRP), funded by Irish Aid and delivered across the districts of Cabo Delgado, alongside research into community-law enforcement relations and the rollout of travel risk management and vehicle provision for field teams. Growing partnerships with the IOM and UNOPS, and the expansion of the ALPS office in Pemba, strengthened our operational capacity across northern Mozambique.
