ALPS Resilience
In 2023 ALPS Resilience continued to drive community-led stability in Cabo Delgado, building on the Rapid District Resilience Plan established since 2021. The year's focus shifted increasingly towards water infrastructure repair and rehabilitation alongside rapid small-infrastructure projects, strengthening basic services in districts affected by conflict. Sustained support from Ireland, the IOM and other partners reinforced ALPS's credibility with communities and government authorities and broadened collaboration across the northern region.
